These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mark Book's Bookmarks family of apps — Mark Book's Recipes, Mark Book's Travels, and Mark Book's Music — and this website (together, the "Services"), provided by Vendisa ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. The Services are available to everyone.

1. Using the Services

You are responsible for the content you save and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not save or share content that infringes on someone else's rights.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, destinations, tracks, and notes you save. This content is stored for your own personal use — it is not shared with other users or made public. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you as part of providing the Services.

4. Third-party content and links

The Services let you bookmark content hosted by third parties (for example, recipe websites, travel sites, or music platforms). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of that third-party content.

5. Bug reports and feedback

If you submit a bug report or feedback through this website, you agree that we may use it to investigate and improve the Services, including by creating an entry in our issue tracker (Atlassian Jira) from the information you provide.

6. Analytics and diagnostics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Services are used, and Google Firebase to collect crash and diagnostic data from the apps, so we can keep the Services reliable. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination
